After you sign-on successfully the first time, there is no reason to use the Create Your HotOffice icon. 2. HotOffice Publisher: Starts the HotOffice Publishing Wizard and program. The program allows you to publish documents to your HotOffice. Be sure to read the online Quick Start User's Guide for more information about using this program. 3. Create Your HotOffice: If you are creating a new HotOffice, double clicking this icon brings you to the Sign Up form. Please complete the four-step process. NOTE: After a successful signup, you can remove this icon from your desktop. PRODUCT NOTES 1. HotOffice One-Button Publishing with Microsoft PowerPoint 95 and 97 NOTE: HotOffice One-Button Publishing does not create the HotOffice Publisher button within the PowerPoint 95 application. You can still publish Power Point 95 documents by draging-and-dropping on top of the HotOffice Publisher icon found on your desktop. There are two known error messages that could occur when you try to publish to your HotOffice from the PowerPoint 97 application. If you do not save your files before using the HotOffice Publishing Wizard, you will see the following error messages: A. HotOffice cannot publish a file that has not been saved. (This may occur even though you selected the save feature that appears when you click the HotOffice Publisher button.) B. There is nothing to publish. If you receive either of these messages: A. Save the file using the Save feature on the File menu. B. Click the HotOffice Publisher (if your file is still open) and follow the on-screen instructions provided by the HotOffice Publishing Wizard. If your file is not open, use the Browse feature from within the HotOffice Publishing Wizard. IMPORTANT: To avoid these error messages, save your files before you publish to HotOffice. 2. One of the buttons will not have the graphic HotOffice logo and the other button will. Only use the button that has the HotOffice graphic logo. To remove the HotOffice Publisher button without the logo: A. Right click on the HotOffice button with no logo. A menu list is displayed. B. Click Customize.... The Customize panel appears. C.
